Crown Forestry Rental Trust
Completed a comprehensive review of service delivery for the Crown Forestry Rental Trust, which administers over $300 million in financial assets. The review assisted the Trust implement strategy and structural changes. |
Te Kaiawhina Ahumahi Industry Training Organisation
Facilitated strategic planning for Te Kaiawhina Ahumahi Board, management and staff, documented the new Strategic Plan, linking this with Tertiary Education Commission strategy for tertiary education. |
Northern District Support Agency
Facilitated the development and documentation of an Implementation Plan for Pacific Mental Health among the Northern district health boards, Pacific mental health sector, providers and other stakeholders. |

Huakina Development Trust
Developed and implemented a comprehensive set of policies, plans and procedures for the Trust including policies on governance, finance, human resources, service delivery and Strategic and Business Plans. |
